Returns & exchanges

You can return items within 100 days of receiving them. For returns from Germany, use our returns portal to obtain a free return label. For returns from other countries, please contact our support team first to arrange the return.

To use the returns portal, enter your delivery note number and postcode or email address. Select the items you wish to return and tell us whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund.

Attach the return label securely to your parcel and remove or cover the old address label. Drop off your parcel with the carrier shown on the label and keep your proof of posting.

We will inspect and process your return after it arrives. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Order tracking

You can track every shipment using the tracking link sent automatically in your dispatch confirmation email.

Shipping methods, final charges and estimated delivery times for your address are confirmed at checkout.
