Returns & exchanges
Returns can be registered free of charge within 100 days of receiving your order using our
returns portal.
To log in, you will need your delivery note number together with your postcode or email address. Select the items you would like to return, choose the reason for the return and let us know whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund.
You can then print your return label and attach it clearly to the parcel. Please remove or cover the original address label. You can drop off the return at a DHL or DPD parcel shop of your choice. Please keep your drop-off receipt until your return has been confirmed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Returns are processed once they arrive with us, and your exchange or refund will be arranged immediately after processing.
Order tracking
All shipments can be tracked. You will automatically receive a tracking link by email with your shipping confirmation.
