Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Returns can be registered free of charge within 100 days of receiving your order via our return portal.
  • To log in to the return portal, you will need your delivery note number and either your postcode or email address.
  • Select the items you would like to return, choose the reason for return and let us know whether you would prefer an exchange or refund.
  • You can then print your return label and attach it clearly to the parcel. Please remove or cover the old address label.
  • Drop off your return at a DHL or DPD parcel shop of your choice. Please keep the drop-off receipt until your return has been confirmed.
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method used for your order.
  • Returns are processed as soon as they arrive; exchanges or refunds are issued immediately after processing.

All shipments are trackable via a tracking link. You will receive the link automatically in your shipping confirmation email.
