How do I return an item?

You can return items free of charge within 100 days of receiving your order. Simply register your return via our return portal.

In the return portal, select the items you would like to return, choose the reason for your return and let us know whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund.

Return process

1. Log in to the return portal
Log in to our return portal using your delivery note number and either your postcode or email address.

2. Select items
Select the items you would like to return, choose the reason for your return and let us know whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund.

3. Print your return label
Print your return label and attach it clearly to the parcel. Please remove or cover the old address label.

4. Drop off the parcel
Drop off your return at a DHL or DPD parcel shop of your choice. Please keep the drop-off receipt until we have confirmed receipt of your return.

5. Receive your exchange or refund
Once your return has arrived and been processed, your exchange or refund will be issued. Refunds are always made via the original payment method used for your order. If you purchased on invoice, please only pay for the items you keep. The returned items will be booked out automatically; you will not receive an updated invoice.
