Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will bear the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Voluntary 100-Day Exchange Policy

For all purchases via the “CapUniverse” online shop, we grant you a voluntary 100-day exchange policy in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal.

With this exchange policy, you can cancel the contract even after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired by returning the goods to the following address within 100 days:

The period for this voluntary 100-day exchange policy begins the day after you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. Sending the goods back in a timely manner is sufficient to meet the deadline.

The condition for exercising this voluntary exchange policy is that you have only worn or tried on the goods as you would in a retail store, and that you return the goods complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging. In the event of a return, you can use the return label included with your order.

We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

This voluntary 100-day exchange policy does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers.

This contractually granted voluntary exchange policy does not affect your statutory rights and claims. In particular, your statutory right of withdrawal and statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
