How do I return an item?

You can return items free of charge within 100 days of receipt. Simply use the return documents included in your package. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your package. You can also find more information under "Right of Withdrawal".

Return process

1. Please fill out the reason for your return on the return form and indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

2. Place the completed return form inside the return package.

3. Take the pre-paid return label from the package you received and stick it onto the return package.

4. Seal the return package so that it arrives at our facility securely.

5. Take the package to a nearby DHL branch and keep the return receipt until your refund is confirmed or you receive the shipping confirmation for your exchange items.

6. You will receive your refund or your exchange items within 14 days.
