Within Germany, you can choose between several shipping methods:

Delivery time: 3–6 business days.
The shipping carrier is automatically selected by us – depending on the destination and the size of the order.

📦 Standard Shipping with DHL – €4.99
Delivery time: 1–3 business days.
Delivery directly via DHL.

⚡ Express Shipping with DHL Express – €14.99
Delivery time: next business day (for orders placed by 2:00 PM, Mon–Fri).
Priority delivery via DHL Express.

 

European Union

Delivery to all EU member states outside of DE/AT/CH:

🌍 Standard International – €6.99
Delivery time: 2–8 business days.

Norway & United Kingdom

Delivery to Norway and the United Kingdom:

🌍 Standard International – €14.99
Delivery time: 2–8 business days.

Returns & Exchange Policy

• Every shipment includes a free DHL return label (for returns within Germany only). Should this be missing, please contact us by phone or email.
• For international returns, we ask you to contact our support team so we can explain the appropriate procedure.
• Items can be returned within 100 days without giving any reason.
• The refund will be processed via the payment method you used.
• Returns are generally processed within 1–2 business days of receipt.
