Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Every shipment includes a free DHL return label for returns within Germany only. Should this be missing, please contact us by phone or email.
  • For international returns, we ask you to contact our support team so we can explain the appropriate procedure.
  • Items can be returned within 100 days without giving any reason.
  • The refund will be processed via the payment method you used.
  • Returns are generally processed within 1–2 business days of receipt.
